Syncing everything to SFDC - but what to do with bad quality leads

I am trying to get sales & marketing to agree to sync all leads from Marketo to SFDC. Currently we are keeping out a portion that have bad data in Marketo like "student" or "n/a" as job title or company (bad quality leads) from going over to SFDC so they don't get on sales' radar. As expected, this creates a lot of duplicates if these leads get created a second time directly in SFDC and then sync over to Marketo.

Interested to hear some solutions of what others have been doing to still sync everyone over but prevent these bad quality leads from getting in front of sales.

I always sync everything over and use Lead Queues to manage the leads we will not send over. I usually send MQLs to a queue if a person needs to look first. But Students and Press and Invalids get a separate queue where marketing owns it and monitors it.

Then you can remove them whenever you want.
