syncCustomObjects and salesforce

Hi all,

Has anyone started to use the SyncCustomObjects SOAP API function?

I have a quick question related to custom objetcs that originate from Salesforce. If we insert a new custom object, attached to a lead, will this custom object be also inserted in SFDC? Will this happen during the regular sync and/or when a "sync lead to SDFC" flow action is triggered?

Assuming the SOAP API call is successful and the custom object available to the Marketo integration user the normal sync cycle between Marketo and Salesforce should update the counterpart.
