Sync of Salesforce with Marketo on Lead Deletion

I found Salesforce doesn’t sync with Marketo in the scenario where a Lead is deleted first from SF. In Marketo however a prompt is given to also remove lead from SF when deleting any leads.
 
Is there a solution to this within Marketo to pick up and sync both SF and Marketo Lead databases so that any deletions that have taken place in one carry over to the other and we have a 100% match, if possible?

When the lead/contact is deleted from SFDC, in Marketo it will set the field "SFDC Is Deleted" to true. If you want to automatically delete those leads from Marketo as well, you can create a smart campaign that deletes the lead in Marketo. The smart campaign can be either a trigger campaign (tigger is Data Value Change, SFDC is Deleted, new value true) or a batch campaign (filter is SFDC is Deleted is true) that runs daily/weekly/monthly to clean-up the database.

You can create a smart campaign that uses the Lead is Deleted from SFDC and the Delete Lead flow action.
