sync marketo leads to Salesforce queue how this reacts to Marketo Sales Insight

I wanted to know of anyone has experience regarding syncing marketo leads to salesforce queues.

How are these queues assigned within marketo sales insight best bets

Would it be better to assign leads to individuals and created region hierachies in SalesForce to support the best bets allocation

Let me know if anyone has a best practice on this.

As far as I know, MSI doesn't work with Queues. 

Yes, the lead can be routed to a Q via Marketo.

If you want MSI info, you have to see it on the Lead Record regardless of Lead Owner. In order for Best Bets to appear, only a User can see that and that User must be assigned to MSI.
