Does anyone know how to add symbols into the subject line?

You can do this by creating a rich text My Token with the symbol and adding the token to the subject line.

I wanted to share some research from Experian relating to using symbols in subject lines.  Looks like some symbols experienced a decent lift in opens.  You can download their free whitepaper or just read the article here:

Does anyone have any more guidance for this?  I copied and pasted a unicode symbol from the PDF but the symbol isn't showing up for me.  I called Marketo Support and they did not know the solution to this either.
