swrve user properties download based on last activity timestamp

Hello team,

I am aware of Swrve user DB download. I am interested to understand how to download Swrve user properties based on last activity timestamp or by date. Could you suggest a way on how to download based on last activty date of the record I already have at table.

There is pagingToken in Events, where I can pass last timestamp to fetch only new records. How can I achieve this scenario - fetching only new records in Swrve user DB download?
