Switch a filter to a trigger in a nurture campaign

I have a lead nurture campaign and would like to switch from a filter to trigger setup. Can anyone assist on an easy way to do this without effecting the entire campaign?

Can you give a little more detail on what you're trying to do? Nurture is by default set at a cadence. Are you hoping that they'll enter a nurture stream when the form is filled out?
