Is there a way to exclude some leads from everything, but let them be available for commmunicating through Sales Insight by one particular person?

You would have to create a special field for this and might need a way to restrict the MSI view in SFDC to that person.

Something like

Marketing Suspended = TRUE
MSI Email OK via Chris = TRUE

Probably we'd just stay with using Outlook. Though probably there might be more cases like that, so it's an option.
