Survicate custom activity details

Hi,

I've already integrated survicate with Marketo, it creates the lead activities properly with these activity details:

Survey question:

Survey name:

Survey ID:

Question ID:

Person ID:

Survey answer:

Those activity details are ok, but I was wondering if it's possible to add a new one, "url" with the content of the url where the survey was raised. The idea is that if a survey is launched in two (example.com/survey1.html  or example.com/survey2.html ) or several different web pages, how can I filter a lead that has answered something to a survey that was triggered in the url example.com/survey1.html instead of example.com/survey2.html according to the Activity Log.
