Survey Experts: Ranking a Series from 1-10 in a Survey

Hi Guys,

I'm using the form functionality to create a survey and am able to do almost everything except ranking a series from most important to least important using 1 - 10. Any suggestions on the best way? Ultimately, I'd love is so that when one is already ranked (1) that you can no longer rank another one (1) again.

I believe you would need to do this using javascript and either a select/multiselect OR a short string field that brought in the ranking like "6".
