Suppressing a List

Hello,

We want to suppress our list by creating a Smart List to segment out our soft bounces. We also want to create a list on how to segment out those that haven't engaged with our emails in the past 30 days.

How do I create these segments in Marketo?

Hi Karen,

"email bounced soft" and "not clicked link in email" with a  filters.
