Suppress active/current members of a campaign

Hi Marketo Users,

I'm try to create a smart list of all leads in our database that are not currently in any of our drip programs.

So far, I've excluded anyone who is a "member of program" is "all of our nurture programs listed."  (Note: Our nurture campaigns are created using smart campaigns and not nurture streams) Is there another way of doing this?

Does filtering out people who are members of a program also filter out anyone who has previously been in a drip, but finished?
