Support for mobile-enabled landing pages

We really need Marketo to provide better functionality with regards to mobile-enabled landing pages. A series of mobile-sized landing page wireframe templates would be a good starting point.

So many of our prospective customers are accessing our sites via smart phones, and with Facebook's forthcoming mobile ad platform soon to go mainstream, 'mobile-sized landing pages' seems to be a big missing piece in the Marketo jigsaw.

What are Marketo's plans in this area?

Hi,
Any information on implementation of device detection and one landing page to cover both would be great.

Thanks,
Zena

This seems like a must-have these days... we would love to have it integrated with Marketo instead of having to use other tools. Would be a HUGE benefit if you could add this feature!

When will this feature be added? 20% of our traffic comes from mobile, higher when responding to email messages...any eta?

Another vote from me. Would really like to see some enhancements done here.

A vote from me as well! I tried to implement media queries via imported style sheets but 1) I recieved a security notification, preventing my external CSS from loading and 2) since the editor uses absolute positioning for landing page template elements, there's no way media queries will work at this time that I'm aware of.

When we used Eloqua 3 years ago before switching to Marketo, I believe that it recorded the browser type along with other stats (IP address, etc.) on every web page visit.  Maybe Marketo should acquire one of the mobile marketing automation platform vendors?

I think we now have a deadline for this one: "middle of the year," 2013.

+1 -- would love to be able to track mobile open rates.

Return Path published a study in December 2012 finding more people are opening email on mobile devices (37%) than through webmail using a browser (30%).  Mobile open share has increased 300% since 2010 and shows no sign of slowing, with 4 out of 10 emails sent being read on a mobile device.
