Question

Success measure in RCE

I understand that RCE measures "Success" only if the person follows the model path but we have a lot of folks who get recycled and don't follow the straight path. My numbers in RCE are so off that I need to check each program when creating reports for my team. Is there a way to pull all regardless of how they got to success? What's the point of automation if I need to do this manually? Thanks for your help.

Hi Sherin, A couple of clarifications...
1) There are two "Success" concepts available in RCE. One is Success in Program membership. Two is the Success Path in the Revenue Cycle Modeler (RCM). Which one these are you looking to measure?
2) Which specific type of report are you using in RCE?
3) What business question are you looking for the report to answer?

RCE is fantastic and I'd be surprised if we can't get the report to show what you're looking for! Probably just a couple of tweaks need to happen to make it work!

I'm looking to track success in email program membership (number of people who took action). The RCE report type is Program Membership Analysis. Here is a snapshot. Please let me know what I'm missing. Thanks!

Got it. Your "Success" in the email program should be determined by "people who took action." Commonly that's the person clicking on the individual link you have as your main CTA. Are you saying that for School Climate, for example, 100 is NOT the accurate number of people who clicked on the CTA link because you have another program status they're getting "sucked" in to?

Or have you used a methodology in your programs to try to track the lifecycle stages (MQL, SQL, etc) in every program?
