Hi ... I have set up a weekly subscription that goes to a list of colleagues that report on past 7 days 'email performance'. How do I edit this weekly report to omit the test emails that I have been sendig out?

Looked at creating a smartlist but not sure if this is this right path. Need something that automatically omits test emails each week. 

Can someone help?

If your test emails are a clone of the final version, you can file them into a different folder called "Test Emails", and in your report setup, exclude this folder.

If you absolutely need to keep the test emails in the same program, you can use a naming convention and in your smart list create a filter that says Email Was Sent: Email - not contains - TEST.
