Where can we set the email address this registration should go to? We don't receive it in our mailbox.

The form is embed in an external webpage (not in Marketo).

So are you trying to get an alert emailed to you when soemone registers? If that's the case, you'd use a smart campaign to do this. The smart list would be filled out form (form name) on webpage (enter URL), and then the flow would be send alert (select or create the email alert) to whatever email address.
