String vs url for webhook

We have a field in our CRM that is a URL. When clicked it updates that lead to be called next by our inside sales. 

I want to create this field in marketo and have a webhook call the URL based or scoring or other acitons. However does it need to be as a URL or as a string so I can use tokens to call the webhook?
