Stream Cadence did not run at the scheduled time

Hello, 

We set up an Engagement Program. I had set the Stream Cadence to run Weekly on Thursday, 7:30 am PDT. 
But it did not run today at 7:30 am... I am not able to figure out why.  

Is it because I set this up today & it will start sending out the contents in the stream by Next Thursday ?

At what time did you set this?  Also, is your content activated?  What does the "next cast" time say on the dashboard?
