If I deactivate an email in Stream 1, after it's already went off, does it change anything on the leads side (for example, delete an unopened email from their inbox, mess up results, stop tracking them etc.)?

Hey Jamie,
Deactivating any content in an Engagement Stream will not affect any previous activities that have already been recorded.

All it will do is prevent future engagement casts from sending the deactivated content.

So, even with the email deactivated, leads are still able to open that email and Marketo will still track that?
