Stored value in alert user decision

Hi all,

I have changed the stored values in associated form, as screenshot below

Which doesn't seem to be correlating through to the User Decision value in 'send alert' flow of campaign:

Note the wording was similar between old values (Build a house and give feedback) but has been changed as per the first screenshot.

Does anyone know why these changes aren't coming through?

If you're using this form on a Marketo LP, you must reapprove the LP.

Hi Sanford, thanks for the tip - but unfortunately that's not solving it!

The form and the LP are both approved, and the new values still don't seem to be filtering through. Any other suggestions?

The values you are seeing in the smart list dropdown are all current unique values in your database. There's no relationship between what you set as values for a field in forms editor and what the smart list dropdown shows.

Only when someone submits a form with a new value and marketo saves it in the database will it preview in the smart list dropdown.
