Still getting Error when trying to post a comment to Help Articles

I'm still getting the following error everytime when I try to post a comment to Help Articles. Will this be fixed?

I've tried with Chrome, IE, and Firefox. None is working for me.

I have noticed today exact same issue as Hitoshi on 2 different articles: I cannot post comment nor rate any help articles.
