Status 'clicked' is Invalid for SFDC campaign error - What does that mean?

Hi Team,

I m trying to udpate a SMART CAMPAIGN for  email status for one of my campaigns -  All i want to accomplish is when some one opens an email the status in my sfdc campaign should read as"Opened" and like wise.

The channel used for this program in MKTO is a Email Blast. MKTO is not allowing me to update the status to - Opened (this is what i want) but instead it gives me in the drop down Invite Opened. Just wanted to know what difference does that make??

Will this impact my smart campaign in any way???

Hi Samuel,

It means that the way the campaign is set up in salesforce does not include a "Clicked" member status.

To change this, you need to go in SFDC and then to the campaign and click the "advanced setup" button.
