Standard SFDC Field Not Mapping

Hello,

We decided to make a standard field in SFDC (Company D-U-N-S number) visible to our Marketo Sync user so that this field will sync to Marketo. I've made the field visible on the lead and account level.

The field is not being mapped to Marketo. I thought maybe if I updated this field on a lead in SFDC it would force a sync. Even after I did this, this field was not available in Marketo.

Am I missing something? Thanks in advance for your help.

Did you check Admin > Field Management to see if it synced?

But your main issue is whether or not the Marketo User can see this field. Did you map Lead to Account on the SFDC side? If you do not, there will be issues.

If you did this on the Lead and Account, then you will only get an orphan field L and A and you may have issues bringing in Contacts with this field.
