Splitting My List

Hello,

I currently have a list of contacts which will be used for an A/B test. However, we have decided to use this same group of leads for two different tests. What is the best way to go about splitting this list into two lists while also being able to define how many I want in each list?

You should create a grid

  • Total Leads
    • List A
    • List B

Then you can use a smart campaign to use Add to List with Random Sample of 50 to split the list properly.

If you need more lists, you can do so.

Also, if you want to use the Email Send AB test function, you dont need to split the list manually, you can use the Sample Send %.

If you want to split it up an to groups different than 50 you can just select the percentage, Random Sample equals 40 for example.  You can also make as many groups as you like
