Hi,

we are not able to verified our SPF status - values are filled, but when checking DNS I get the message : The SPF records for cointreau.com was configured incorrectly, or may be missing.

We cannot found what is wrong, could we get some help about it ?

Many Thanks

Audrey

Please move the thread to Products (this isn't a support area, it's for discussing the Champs incentive program). Move link is at the right.

After moving, provide your actual domain.

Like Sanford said, it's best to post your domain.  Marketo's SPF checker is pretty primitive so it's possible your SPF is passing even though the checker in Marketo still says "Pending Configuration".

Hi Steven,

thanks for the reply - how do I make sure then that the SPF is verified and ok ?

Why are you not supplying your domain? That's the only way we can help you do this. Your domain is not a secret!

You can use any number of SPF checkers online to make sure your SPF lookup is correct.  I use SPF Analyzer | 250ok  to double-check configurations if a DNS entry is set up in a valid way that Marketo isn't recognizing.

Didn't expect an edit!

Your SPF record doesn't have

include:mktomail.com

which is what the config verification is looking for.

Your record is currently

v=spf1 a:spf.remy-cointreau.com ip4:205.201.128.0/20 ip4:198.2.128.0/18 include:spf.mandrillapp.com a:p15.altospam.com ip4:185.61.184.107 ip4:81.92.84.191 -all

Note if you don't use Marketo's branded sender (a separate subscription component) SPF is irrelevant, though the UI expects the include either way.
