Special Characters in a URL

Hi Marketo Community,

We are trying to migrate some landing pages into Marketo and are running into an issue with our URLs. Does Marketo allow the use of landing pages with Cyrillic (Russian) characters in the URL? What about other languages with unique characters? I know the German Umlaut used to cause issues with our previous platform.

Marketo does not support entering UTF-8 characters in URIs (i.e. IRIs) for Marketo-hosted LPs.

Redirect Rules appear to support IRIs but they don't work either.
