Some companies not uploading into Named Account Lists

I'm trying to add Petrovietnam Gas and Vietin Bank to a variety of different named account lists however the row that those companies are on always get called out as having an error. Whether the list is 2000 or 10, whether they are last, in the middle, or first, Marketo will not accept these companies into a named account list.

There is no difference between these two companies in the list that I'm trying to upload compared to the 2000+ other companies across 70+ lists I've created.

Has anyone else had this problem with these companies or others?
