Soft bounce

I had 2 identical emails go out on behalf of sales people.  The only difference was the email address and name of the sender.

One had a pretty normal delivery rate, the other the entire list soft bounced, twice.

Why would this happen?

That would be the cause, Darren.  The Reply-To field must have a valid email address, otherwise the email send will fail and cause this type of softbounce.

Hi Darren,
Can you drill down into one of these soft  bounce activities and let us know what the message is?  It's difficult to determine the cause of something like this without details of the bounce activity.

I actually think I jsut figured it out.  In relpy email field I use using a token which pulled a name and not an email.  Could that be it?
