I see in the results of a program you can calculate the number of leads who are socially acquired. 

How do I link this to our promotion so I can see if there are any leads? Is there any information I can read up on? (a google search shows me all about Crowd Factory.

So this doesn't tie in leads who have come to you form via Facebook/LinkedIn or from people sharing your content? I hoped that would be the case.

It does include users who interact with Social Apps and whose email addresses are first captured by the Social Apps.
