Social Sharing Buttons in Email

I've recently discovered the Social Button functionality but it appears to be limited to landing pages.

Is there something similar that works in an email?

We want to create an email with social buttons that when clicked brings the lead directly to the social platform to share the content (preferably with the ability to specify text to accompany the shared post).

Anything built into Marketo for this?

Built-in, no. But this is exactly what my ShareMaker experiment (sharemaker.launchrock.com) provides, turning emails into shareable LPs.‎ Sign up for a demo if you want.

    If you allow a lead to share the link to a personalized email (i.e. HTML view of an email), then everyone they share it with will be seen as that lead.  Every click will be credited to the original lead and so on.
