Social Listeners

As said in this other idea, ​ , I would love to have the social apps in Marketo to become much more powerful and see Marketo multi-channel capabilities reinforced.

Meaning that I would like to be able to create social listeners that would listen for keywords, references or actions on a social network and would generate automatically activities in Marketo when someone posts, likes, shares in a social network. From these activities, we would get "Posts social activity" triggers and "Posted social activity" filters, all with all due constraints (such as which social network, content of the post or even a graduation of whether it was a positive, negative or neutral post).

Of course, this could probably be done with a third party software and custom activities, but I strongly believe that this should be part of Marketo's social boost product.
