Social Influence Overview Report

Hi!  Does anyone know if the Social Influence Overview Report only displays those people who submitted a form?

Basically, people have shared our content, but we can't see who or through which networks.  The report is blank.

Did I miss a step somewhere?

Social influence should show you those who shared anonymously as well. i have a bunch of anonymous shares on my report.

Yikes!  We've got none of that.  I just submitted a ticket so hopefully someone can help me fix the issue :)
