Social Buttons: Authorize Marketo Social to use your Account?

When testing social buttons (with analytics) on a landing page, we found that for users to share successfully Marketo requires them to Authorize Marketo Social to access their accounts and post on their behalf, for Facebook, Twitter and LInkedin. Having to log in to any of the social sites is understandable, however, our social experts can attest that the number of shares will dramatically decrease if users have to authorize access to their account or public profile, as most users are weary of doing that.

Is there a way around this authorization so social sharing is more seamless and less restricting, while still enabling us to track details and gather information about social sharing?

We authorize users and provide a unique URL to every user who shares.  This is what enables us to provide detailed analytics.  If you don't care about the analytics, you may use the legacy buttons for which authorization is not required.  

We allow you to customize the opt-in screen so that you can request authorization for your company's app instead of "Marketo Social", so that is another option you can explore to reduce the friction

We authorize users and provide a unique URL to every user who shares.  This is what enables us to provide detailed analytics.  If you don't care about the analytics, you may use the legacy buttons for which authorization is not required.
