SOAP API Access to Date Information for Lead Records

Hi,

I want to be able to have access to the lead information when retrieving multiple leads using the API

- Created Date
- Updated Date

How do we get access to these fields?
Is there a way to have these fields available to us when the lead records are returned from a GetMultipleLeads call?

It seems that Marketo does not give us access to these fields? Is there a workaround for this?
