Snippet not working in View in Browser

Hi, 

 

I built an email with a snippet that is using segmentation. The segmentation is visible in Marketo email editor, in the email preview and upon email send, but if I click View in Browser of the segmented snippet email, it reverts back to the default view of the segmented snippet. 


Is this a Marketo bug?

In the past, segmentations I've done regularly without the use of a snippet appear correctly in View in Browser.


Can anything be done? Thanks!

You can’t use Send Sample for end-to-end testing — it will not completely simulate segments, tracking, or Velocity tokens. You must send a real email to a test lead. Send Sample is only to test basic HTML rendering, not full personalization.

Hi @marc_bass ,

Are you testing the email by Send Sample or through a proper program.

View in web is working totally fine for me if i send it through a program.
