Smartlist criterion not showing all available choices

I making a smartlist as part of a trigger flow.

I have a form field that offers several choices.

I want each choice to trigger a different email drip.

But not all the choices are included in the smartlist criterion:

There should be a Store 3 option also.

Similarly, with other dropdown fields, not all the choices are available when I try to add them to a trigger flow.

Any help with this?

Marketo will only display the values that have been captured via prior form submits. It has no access to the source values.
