Smart programs can't find approved emails

My smart programs can't find one of my approved emails but the email program can find it without a problem. Is there a reason why this is happening?

Not much information here, but I do have a hunch.

My hunch:
- This email lives in an Email Program
- This email is being used for an A/B test in the Email Program

Issue:
- You won't be able to reference and email when it lives within an Email Program and is being used for the A/B Test

Solution:
- You need to remove the A/B test from that Email Program in order for it to show up for use outside of the Email Program

Not much information here, but I do have a hunch.

Or just clone the email to the other program.
