I creaeted a smart list to segment my database about a month ago. I want to clone this list and use it for a different campaign. My concern is we just added a bunch of email addresses and I want them included in this campaign. Will the new emails automatically be added to my smart list or should I create a new list?

If the leads you added are fit to the smart list filters, then they will be added automatically to this smart list.
