Smart List to see leads not synching?

Recently our team working on Oracle and SFDC did some cleanup of leads/contacts that were deprecated and duplicates.

While doing this, these leads/contacts were also 'hidden' via a particular SFDC status and are no longer 'visible' to the Marketo Admin account.

Does anyone know of a way to create a Smart List to gather these leads that are no longer synching due to the visibility mentioned above?

Well, that is unfortunate!

Even with an Activity Log even, still no way to get this...
