Smart List to identify leads that are in multiple engagement programs

I'd like to figure out which leads in our database are in more than one engagement program. Can someone help me construct a Smart List for this?

I believe you can just add "Member of Engagement Program" twice, and select each of your programs, with the filter set to Use ALL Filters, and anyone that is in more than one program will be identified.

    Just opening this up again as I came across this issue. The above resolution will not work if you're looking for leads in ANY engagement program as leads in only one engagement program will still qualify for the smart list since they meet both filter criteria.
