Smart List Problem

Hi all,

I'm trying to build a smart list with the following rule:

Lead who has "parent company name" (sfdc custom field).

But I need only specific parent company name (one of their Boolean field mark as true). I need it to be automated since this list is changing all the time.

Another important thing is that the "parent company" are also in Marketo with all their data.

Is there any solution for this kind of problem (second level data)?

    Are you saying this isn't working for you - with these two filters?:

    • ParentCompany is "xxx"
    • BooleanField is TRUE

    Hi Dan,

    If I will use this filters in smart list, they will be both referred to the lead.

    I need the BooleanField to be referred to the ParentCompany name:

    I want the smart list to give me the leads who have a parent company name with true on the Boolean field.

    The first filter is will only include those with ParentCompany name when the second filter is applied.  The second filter will not apply to any lead - just those with ParentCompany.

    If this still doesn't make sense, perhaps you can provide some real examples here.
