Smart list: people in two smart lists but same email campaign

Hello,

I am new to this forum. I am building a email blast campaign (Email Send).

This email will be sent to people who are member of smart list "Smart list X" and "Smart list Y" plus a few other conditions.

There are 18 - 20 people who are in both smart lists.....

My conditions are:

1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 

See the 4 and 5 in the smart list. This has 18 - 20 people repeating in both lists. So does Marketo send email twice to the repeating people in both smart lists?
