Smart List or Segmentation?
Hi!
I am looking to split up the country, into 3 different lists, based on state. I need these to be dynamic since they will be used to send emails regulary, with each segment receving the same email (no dynamic content required). Should I be using smart lists (Eastern, Central, Pacific) or should I be using segmentationss/segments (Time Zones: Eastern, Central, Pacific)?
