Smart list glitch error

Hello,

We're trying to figure out why the smart list for a campaign we sent out is showing that all 11 people who clicked on the link, clicked at the same time. You can view the smart list here: Login | Marketo Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this might be happening?

Hi Courtney,

You will need to attach a picture, we cant login to your instance.

Is there a reason you are using a smart list vs a link performance report? I assume when you say a campaign you mean an email campaign?

HI Kevin,

I've attached the screenshot above (sorry about that). We actually are using a link performance report but we're trying to see who the 11 people that clicked on the link in the email are. And yes, we're referring to an email campaign. If you need more info from me, please let me know. Thanks again!

I'm unable to view the timestamps in your attachment but have you looked into the activity history of those contacts to view the time stamp of their activity like clicked on link. This could have been triggered by their email client if it shows the same time for all members.
