Smart List - Filter to show if a lead was updated in certain time frame

Are you refering to something in addition to the "between" constraint where it only gives you the day, not hours and minutes?

For example, I want to be able to see leads that had any updates 2 days ago. Currently if I use the Updated At filter, if the leads that had updates 2 days ago had any updates after (either yesterday or today) it would not show up in the smart list. It would make more sense if that filter was named "Last Updated At" or "Most Recent Updated At" and the Updated At filter would show if any leads had any updates during that time frame even if they had updated after. Apologies if i'm not explaining this clearly.

Have you tried using the filter "Data Value Was Changed"? I think that might give you the result you want.
