Smart List Field Picklist Display Error - Corrected on Re-fresh

I am trying to pull a smart list from salesforce, the smart list is a picklist field in salesforce.

When attemping to pull a smart list from Marketo it displays Partner: (True or False) - which is incorrect and should be a picklist. When the browser is re-freshed it will display the appropriate picklist: Partner is (current partner, former partner, etc.) ' 

However after refreshing and selecting the approrpaite pick list fields- it pulls 0 leads.

Has anyone experienced different problems with picklists not syncing correctly?

So you mean that the Filter field "Partner" is showing as T/F instead of a drop down picklist.

Is this picklist in both Marketo and CRM?

This sounds like something you should discuss with Support. It could be a  browser issue.
