Smart list

Hi all !

We routed emailing to download a white paper and created a smartlist for commercial use.
If a lead is already in the database and the upload form is pre-filled, does it explain that when smartlist option "completed form" is selected  no lead is found ?

Hi Josh,

I am trying to make a smarlist in order to send it to our sales forces.
In "database" section in Marketo, I created a smartlist with 5 criterias :
1/ "click link in email is : xhitepaper email"
2/ "form completed is : download whitepaper"
3/ " source via is : white paper"
4/ "do not call : false"
5/" unsubscribe : false"

No lead are found. Whereas, when I delete : 2/ "form completed is : dowload whitepaper".
Almost 250 leads are found.
Is it because leads are already in our Marketo database and so, form is prefilled ?

Hi Irene,
Did you build the List with an AND, OR, or advanced filter?

We don't know your database but it looks like you used a AND filter and there is no combination of these different criterias.
Just for information: With form completed you mean "Filled our Form"?

But also when they are prefilled the form will be submitted and counts.

Hi Irene,
you need to have built it with And or Or Filters ;)
 



Maybe no lead has the combination of all filters?

But like I said, it's hard to guess the answer.
