Smart campaign trigger not fire "fill out form"

Hi,

I have a program with a smart campaign which trigger once a lead fill out a form - it's not working.

The form is Marketo's placed on external landing page.

When I do the test, I see the "fill out form" in the log, but no smart campaign is triggered. 

I used the "fill out form" trigger and nothing more.

I don't know what is happening here... any ideas?

Another possibility is that under Qualification Rules, it's set to "only once". So if you are testing with the same person, it will only fire that first time.

We need more info. Please show the Smart List, Flow, and Setup tabs for the Smart Campaign, and a Filled Out Form example from a lead‘s Activity Log (with the details popped up).

Have you:

  • Put the right form name in your trigger?
  • Activated your smart campaign

To Sanford's point... we can't realise diagnose further without some screenshots
