Smart Campaign Result Tab Empty

I just setup a simply smart campaign like below to change "person source".

The run history show it's completed and 2200 people qualified. However, when I navigate the result tab, it is empty. And people who qualified for the smart campaign were not impacted. (their person source is still not "Events"). There is no history related to this campaign in their activity log.

I spent 40 min on chat with support and it was not helpful.

Any idea why it would happen? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Jay! Forgot about that possibility. It's exactly the reason. Somehow, I thought the activity log would say something like "field update blocked".
