Smart Campaign qualification - person can run through maximum # of times

When scheduling a batch or trigger smart campaign, the qualification rules are as follows:

Run each person through the campaign flow:

- only once

- once every X hours, days, weeks, or months

- every time

Since we can restrict a person to run through only once or every single time, it would make sense to additionally be able to run a person through a smart campaign a maximum number of times. The second choice will not work since you can currently only restrict how often they qualify and not how many times they qualify overall. Also using the filter of "Member of Smart Campaign" will not work either since no constraints are available.

The available choices would then be:

Run each person through the campaign flow:

- only once

- once every X hours, days, weeks, or months

- total of X times

- every time
